Those Red-Tape Protestors

See the guy in light blue with his arms crossed? He was shaking back and forth and muttering a very very long prayer. I didn't get a picture, but later he was holding his hands up toward the court like he was giving a benediction of some sort (still with his head down). This went on for a while before someone had to help hold his hands up. An hour later, when we exited the court, they were gone.
